Step-by-Step Setup Guide

Create your Discord Bot for UNITYCORD.GG

Learn how to create a custom bot application in the Discord Developer Portal, configure the required intents, and find out which two pieces of information (Bot Token & Guild ID) we need to set up your bot.

What you need to provide for setup:

To deploy your bot on our 24/7 hosting servers and connect it to your client dashboard, please send us these 2 details in your order ticket:

2. Click on the blue "New Application" button in the top right corner.

Tip: Under "General Information" you can set your bot’s profile avatar (App Icon) and description.
Step 2

Generate & Copy Bot Token

1. In the left navigation menu of your application, click on the "Bot" tab.

2. Under your bot name, click on the "Reset Token" button (and confirm the security prompt / 2FA if prompted).

CRITICAL SECURITY NOTICE:

The bot token acts as your bot’s master password. Never share it with unauthorized third parties or in public channels! Share it solely with us inside your private order ticket.
