Review & Feedback System
Allow your community members to submit 1-5 star ratings and reviews directly via Discord.
How Review & Feedback Works
With the Review & Feedback system, server members click a single button to open an interactive Discord modal. They can select or type their star rating (1 to 5 stars) and write their detailed feedback.
- 1 to 5 Stars: Intuitive star rating displayed visually (e.g. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)).
- Modal Input: Fast, convenient modal popup without cluttering public chat.
- Polished Embed: Automatically published into the configured review channel with user avatar, timestamp, and unique feedback ID.
- Dashboard Control: Customize submission channel, review channel, title, description, and accent color in the web dashboard.
