Level System & Activity Leaderboard
Reward active members in text chat and voice channels with experience points (XP), automatic role rewards, and an interactive Top 10 leaderboard.
Overview & How It Works
The Level System tracks the real-time activity of all members on your Discord server in an embedded SQLite database. Users earn experience points (XP) both by sending text messages in chat and by spending time in voice channels. Upon reaching defined XP thresholds, members level up and automatically unlock exclusive Discord roles.
XP & Activity Settings

| XP per Voice Minute | 10 XP / min | Experience points awarded per minute spent in an active voice channel. |
| Reward active unmuted members only | Enabled | XP is only awarded if the user is neither self-muted/server-muted nor deafened (prevents AFK farming). |
| Announce Level-Up in Chat | Enabled | Sends a level-up notification in the user's active channel or a designated announcement channel. |
Level-Up Message & Placeholders
You can customize the level-up announcement template using the following dynamic placeholders:

Level Tiers & Role Rewards
In the Level Tier Manager, you can configure as many custom levels as you want with a custom title, required XP points, and an optional Discord role ID. The system automatically sorts levels by required XP. When a member reaches a higher tier, previous level roles are automatically replaced with the new one.
Interactive Leaderboard Embed
Using the embed builder, you can dispatch an interactive Top 10 leaderboard embed to any Discord channel. The message includes interactive buttons:
- My Rank (👤): Displays a private personal statistics card showing current level, total XP, server leaderboard rank, message count, and voice channel duration.
- Level Overview (📜): Opens a list of all configured level tiers and role rewards.
- Top 10 Live Ranking: Clean leaderboard view of the most active members with medal badges (🥇, 🥈, 🥉), level, XP, and voice time.
Real-Time Dashboard Statistics
The web dashboard displays live database status ('Online (Ready)'), total tracked members, total XP distributed across the server, and a Top 10 preview table.
