The System Health Widget in Dashboard
On 'Overview & Profile', you will find a live diagnostics widget with 4 checks:
- Core Engine: Verifies that the bot background process is actively executing.
- Discord API: Verifies successful WebSocket connection to Discord.
- Config & Channels: Checks that all channel IDs and role IDs have valid formats.
- Log Diagnostics: Scans system logs for error traces or permission issues.
Common Issue: Missing Permissions
If the bot does not respond to buttons or tickets, ensure the bot role holds 'Manage Channels' and 'Manage Roles' permissions and is positioned above staff roles in the Discord role list.
